Our cut off time for bookings is 1:00 PM for the following day tour. You can still call us to find out availability but breakfast order might not be available.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express as methods of payment.
If you have made a booking online, you would have to make an online payment. If you have not and there is space available on the bus, then you can pay when picked-up. We however strongly suggest that you make an online booking to avoid disappointment of not having space onboard.
Yes you may, provided there is space available on the bus. Please note, for passengers joining without booking online, breakfast will not be available as these are pre-ordered according to the number of online bookings. Juice, snack and bottle of water however would be available.
Drop-off times are typically between 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM

Yes you can. This is an optional feature which you will have to pay an extra $29.00 + 13% tax = $32.77.
Yes we do. But the cost of the trip will remain the same. Should you wish to take this option, please inform the Tour Guide.
Hornblower Boat Ride, Journey Behind the Falls, Skylon Observation Tower, Helicopter Ride are all considered Optional Features When you buy the optional features, our bus would take you to the selected locations, drop you and pick you up once done
You sure will. We have organized the tour in such a way that you get to spend some time by yourself.
Our tour buses will be parked at the different pick-up locations for a duration of 10 minutes, after which it would proceed with the tour. As a mark of respect to other passengers, we cannot wait for you should you be late. We suggest that you give yourself enough time and be at the pick-up location in order to board on time.
We offer a 50% refund per person to those wishing to cancel provided it is prior to 24 hours from the scheduled tour date.
No refunds are applicable for cancellations that are made less than 24 hours from the scheduled tour date.
Changes to tour dates are possible 24 hours prior to the booked tour date and depend on seat availability.
A $30 per person administration fee would apply.
You sure can. Our buses have enough luggage space to keep your strollers and any other pieces of luggage you might have.
No we don't. Infants are required to be seated on the laps of adults.
It is totally up to you. Gratuities are a way of showing your appreciation for the work the Tour Guides and Drivers do and is always welcome. While other tour companies charge this on top of the ticket price, we keep it open for you to decide.
All 56 seater Coach Lines are equipped with an onboard washroom located at the back of the vehicle.
We would spend approximately 6 hours in total at Niagara Falls which would include seeing all indicated attractions.
The winery tour and wine tasting is free of charge. Should you wish to purchase wine, there are different types of wine available for sale.
Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited onboard.
We have no control of the weather! Should it rain on the day of the tour, we will still be driving to Niagara Falls as planned
Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers are recommended. It is always a few degrees cooler near the water; a jacket or sweater is a good idea for cooler days.
On our tours you do have to walk, you are not stuck in the vehicle for long periods of time, most of the time you are outside taking in the sights. Overall walking is minimal, all of the long distance traveling is covered in the fleet.
